I just wanted to take a minute to tell you thanks for your assistance the last time my PC was ailing. The short time we initially spent saved me a huge amount of time over what it would have taken me to resolve that critical time sensitive issue.
Also, regarding the ‘extended session’ we worked on following the quick fix, THAT has really helped my productivity as the delays I experienced due to system slowdowns all seem to have been resolved. What a difference! Not only does my web connection seem to be a whole lot quicker, but the simple task of opening, composing, and saving docs works a lot cleaner as well.
As one who has worked in the e-environment for many years, I’d have to say I’m more familiar than most w/performance issues on my laptop/desktop, and usually able to figure things out. Working w/you remotely though (via GoToMeeting), has really been a lifesaver.

I have known Steve Longmire for a couple of years. He came to me through an association with another company. He started by helping me set up links and modules for some work that I was going to be doing with this other company.
During the process I learned that he also had the capability help me clean up some other issues I was having with my computer. He help me set up additional accounts that I had not been able to migrate to one screen and program. He also streamlined and improved those capabilities of my overall operating system.
This work was all accomplished through remote access. I had not had much luck finding knowledgeable people in my area and his fees were very reasonable for the work completed. I appreciate Steve's candor and ability. His knowledge of computers and how they operate was invaluable to me and my operations.
